About the Academic Riding Section Zurich
Welcome to ARS Zurich, your go-to student horse riding group in Switzerland! We bring together students who love horses and offer lots of fun activities for everyone involved.

Activities of the ARS Zurich
We regularly host voluntary events:

Regulars' Table: On the first Friday of every month from 6:00 PM. The location changes, so subscribe to the ARS newsletter and join our WhatsApp group through email to stay updated.

Student Riding Competitions: Click here to learn more about student riding tournaments.
Training Sessions:

Jumping Training:
-
When: Roughly every two weeks, usually on Monday evenings or during the day on Sundays.

Where: Aesch near Neftenbach with Nico Balmer.

Cost: 60 CHF.
-
Options to ride with a school horse or your own horse.

A certificate is required, along with some experience in show jumping.

Dressage Training:

When: About once a month, typically on a Sunday.

Where: Equestrian Sport Arena Roggwil BE.

Cost: 50 CHF.

Options to ride with a school horse or your own horse.

Competent riding in all basic gaits is a prerequisite.

Pay the annual membership fee for the current year. For members currently enrolled at a Swiss university, the fee is CHF 50. For all other members, the fee is CHF 100. Our bank details are:
